The Peoria Housing Authority (PHA) works with landlords and property owners to provide quality, affordable housing through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program.

Landlord Portal and Payment Portal

Access the landlord payment portal to view owner payments, payment history, and account information. This portal is for current participating landlords.

How to Become a Participating Landlord

  1. Review HCV program requirements and Housing Quality Standards (HQS)
  2. Submit a landlord inquiry using our landlord inquiry form
  3. Have your property inspected for HQS compliance
  4. Sign a Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract with PHA
