Grievance Process

If you have a concern about your tenancy or a decision made by PHA, you may be able to request a review through the grievance process.

Start with informal resolution

  • Contact your property office or management staff as soon as possible.
  • Keep a record of dates, names, and what was discussed.

Submit a written grievance

If the issue is not resolved informally, submit a written grievance describing:

  • What happened and when
  • What you are requesting as a resolution
  • Any supporting documents
