2024 HCV Payment Standards Now Available

The Peoria Housing Authority has published the 2024 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) payment standards for Peoria County. These standards determine the maximum amount PHA will pay toward rent for voucher holders.

Current voucher holders: Your payment standard may be updated at your next annual recertification. Contact your caseworker if you have questions about how this affects your housing assistance.
